Fit First Party!

This was definitley a good time had by all!  Helene and Mike decided to have a party and invited everyone from the gym.  I am not sure these two peeps know how much in the past year they have pushed me.  They have had such a positive impact on me - I am now doing things I would have NEVER dreamed I could do! Thanks y'all!

This is my very first blog post!  I have never even considered "blogging" but I have so many people tell me that I should blog about this or that - I figure - what the heck - I will give it a try!

For those of you that do not know me - you should know that I am very big on the idea of donating blood - it hits close to home for me. I decided to donate blood on Tuesday since I had a photo shoot and was planning on skipping the gym - so I did.  However - after being a pint short and in the heat for a while - I passed out!  Lucky enough for me football practice was going on and Coach Bosarge saved me!  Before I bit the dust - I did get to capture some beautiful images - here are a few!
