Fit First Party!

This was definitley a good time had by all!  Helene and Mike decided to have a party and invited everyone from the gym.  I am not sure these two peeps know how much in the past year they have pushed me.  They have had such a positive impact on me - I am now doing things I would have NEVER dreamed I could do!
